Forgotten my password/change password?

Forgotten Your Password

If you have forgotten your password and cannot login please click the 'Forgotten your details?' > 'Your password' options on the login page.  Use this to send yourself an email to your registered email address which contains instructions and a link to the Password Reset Form.

If you have completed a full registration of your Money Dashboard account (supplied a Date of Birth and Postcode) then the Password Reset Form will require you to enter these details, then choose a new password. 

If you have not completed the full registration then the Password Reset Form will not request any additional information and you only need to choose a new password.

Please note passwords are case sensitive and must be at least 8 characters long.  They must also contain at least one upper case letter and one number.  The following special characters are also acceptable for use in a password `¬!"£$%^&*()-_=+[]{};'#:@~\|,./<>?. Spaces are not allowed and care should be taken to ensure no leading or trailing spaces are included if you are pasting in the password from another application.

Resetting your Password from within Money Dashboard

If you are able to login to Money Dashboard but want to change your Password you can do this by going to Account Settings (profile icon, top right) > My Settings > Login & Security. Please note this option is only currently available on the full desktop version of Money Dashboard, not the mobile version.
