My Accounts Aren't refreshing

Why are my accounts not refreshing automatically?

While the automatic nightly refresh does attempt to refresh all accounts every 24 hours, there are a number of reasons this may not be possible. If your log-in uses MFA (multi-factor authentication), you are required to input additional security information each time you refresh.

Furthermore, if changes have been made at your bank’s site it is possible that this has caused issues refreshing on Money Dashboard. If Money Dashboard is displaying an error message, it is most likely that you will need to update your credentials. Instructions for doing so are given below. How can I refresh my accounts/ update my credentials?

**Full online Money Dashboard using Laptop or Desktop**

Log in at Navigate to the Manage Accounts screen by clicking on ‘Manage’ next to ‘My Accounts’ under the ‘My Overview’ column.

For each of your accounts you will see the option to ‘Refresh Now’ or ‘Update Credentials’.


**Android/iOS applications**

Once you have logged in, navigate to the ‘Accounts’ page using the tabs at the bottom of your screen. Tap the account you want to refresh and select ‘Refresh this account’ or ‘Update Credentials’.


**Mobile Browser**

Log in at Tap ‘Accounts’ and then tap the account you wish to refresh. Tap ‘Refresh Now’ or ‘Update Credentials’.


Can I refresh my accounts in the future after they have been closed?

Yes, but only once you have re-added the accounts to your Money Dashboard.
