How do I access my Money Dashboard account when I have been locked out?

If you enter an incorrect password three times in a row your account will be temporarily locked and you will receive an email telling you that your account has been locked.

Your account locks for 30 minutes, so you will need to wait half an hour after your last attempt before trying again.  Please note that it is not possible to lift or circumvent the lock, even if your password is reset within this time, and you will need to wait the full 30 minutes for the lock to expire.

When entering your email address and password please take care:

  • Your password is case sensitive

  • If you are pasting in your email address or password be careful not to include any extra spaces

If you are still having problems logging in you can request a link to a password reset form to be sent to your registered email address using the 'Forgotten your details?' > 'Your password' buttons on the login page.  More information on resetting your password can be found here.
