There are two different ways to connect to Nationwide so please ensure you are entering the correct combination of information for your chosen login method. Please try connecting again and if you still get an error, please let us know if you are attempting to connect with Card Reader login or Passnumber & Memorable Data login.
Without a card reader
Enter your Customer Number, full 6 digit Passnumber (not just 3 random digits - note this is **not** the code generated by your card reader) and any one of your three pieces of Memorable Data (either Place or Date or Name).
Please also note the Memorable Data field may be case sensitive, and if entering a memorable date please enter it as 8 digits, eg- 20th July 1969 would be entered as 20071969.
With a card reader
Enter your Customer Number only, leave the Passnumber and Memorable Data fields blank and click Connect. You will then be prompted for your code generated by your card reader once a connection is established.
