RBS group banks (RBS, NatWest and Ulster bank) do not allow logging in to your account from a different device within approx 10 minutes of being logged in, or partially logged in.
If you try to connect to one of these account on Money Dashboard while still logged in at the banks site, or too soon afterwards, you will get a concurrent sessions error and you may also experience a temporary 10 minute lock out at the bank's site.
You will also likely encounter this error, even if you haven't directly logged in recently at the bank, if you try to connect again too soon after getting another error on a previous attempt.
Before trying to connect again on Money Dashboard please ensure:
1) You are logged out of your account on the Natwest/RBS/Ulster Bank site, including the bank's mobile app if you have it, and have been for at least 10 minutes
2) You wait at least 10 minutes before trying again after an unsuccessful attempt.
