While the vast majority of transaction data is returned correctly by our data provider Yodlee, there are a couple of scenarios where duplication can occasionally occur.
Sometimes banks may make changes to transaction descriptions between pending and cleared status (in some cases this is a small change such as an extra comma or space). Occasionally this can cause the system to incorrectly identify a transaction as two separate items leading to duplication. In other instances the bank may make a change to their site layout or the way they present the transaction data.
To remove duplicate transactions, you need to be logged into the Web Application.
1. Navigate to 'Transactions' using the top navigation bar
2. Find the transactions that you would like to delete and select them by using the check box on the far left hand side
3. In the top right hand corner, select 'Delete Transactions' Then a second window will open for you to make sure you have selected the transactions you wish to delete. (It is irreversible)
4. Select the 'Delete transactions' button along the bottom of the window and it will ask you to enter your Password before the transactions are deleted
The transactions will then be removed from Money Dashboard permanently
