If you are having some issues connecting to your account, this can be due to a few things.
One of the most common issues are caused because of wrong credentials or a missing piece of information needed to login to your account.
Please make sure that you can log into in to your providers website using the same information supplied to Money Dashboard and ensure the information is being inputted manually and not by a Password Manager.
Make sure to logout of your online banking after doing this, concurrent sessions can also stop your account from being added.
If your bank is requesting you to enter memorable information, please note - We need the whole memorable information, not specific characters.
Making sure you have chosen the correct provider category in Money Dashboard, some providers have more than one category (e.g Business, Credit Cards)
