Error D405 is happening because of an issue with your Username, password or memorable information.
Please make sure that you can log into in to your providers website using the same information supplied to Money Dashboard and ensure the information is being inputted manually and not by a Password Manager.
Make sure to logout of your online banking after doing this, concurrent sessions can also stop your account from being added.
Please ensure you are entering the full memorable information, as we need this when going to login to your bank account. This is because there is no way for us to ell what characters they are going to ask us at the time you press 'Connect'
Also making sure you have chosen the correct provider category in Money Dashboard, some providers have more than one category (e.g Business, Credit Cards)
