If you wish to delete your account, and all the information and bank accounts held within it, please login to the full web version (not the mobile app) and go to:
Account Settings (cog icon, top right) > My Settings > My Account > Delete my account
If you are unable to login to your Money Dashboard account to initiate the deletion process then you can contact support to request the deletion of your account. Please submit a new email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please ensure the request is submitted from the registered email address associated with your Money Dashboard account. If you have to submit the request from a different email address because your registered email address no longer exists or if you made a typing error in the registered address let us know, though we may need to ask some further security information from you before we can proceed with the deletion.
