The D306 error code is caused by connection failures. This usually means that your provider is struggling to communicate with Money Dashboard. But don't worry, this is usually intermittent and you just need to give it a few minutes.
If you see that your Online Banking service is down on your provider's site then please tell us so we can try and minimise the disruption to your Money Dashboard Service.
What to do?
- If you get a D306 error then wait 10 minutes and try again.
- If this does not work then go to your providers website and login to your online banking
- If your online banking is working normally, try connecting your account to Money Dashboard again and if you still have problems, please contact support here.
