As First Direct is in the midst of phasing the roll out of Open Banking connections and only certain accounts are available via Open Banking API. At present only First Direct personal and business current accounts are supported - if you are unable to locate certain account types, this means it is currently not supported by Open Bank API. When prompted by HSBC to input your security code generated by either your Physical Secure Key Device or Digital Security Key App, if you are using the Digital Security Key App, select 'Re-authenticate' instead of 'Log on', followed by 'Generate Code'
