What Nationwide Account Types can be connected to Money Dashboard?
Not all account types come under the PSD2 regulations (the legislation requiring banks to make your account information more accessible to you), so only certain types of accounts are made available to connect on Money Dashboard. ISAs are not currently available, and certain types of savings accounts may not yet be available either.available. We will continue to provide connections to as many accounts as possible, opening up new Open Banking API connections as soon as they are available.
Important to Note regarding Nationwide authentication process
When trying to connect your Nationwide account and you have been prompted to provide your Nationwide login credentials, you might notice that there are only two authentication options instead of the previous three options.
1. Passnumber and code by text
2. Card reader
If you encounter an issue connecting your Nationwide accounts, please select either of the two options and NOT the login with Memorable Data option (as Nationwide is still reflecting 3 options for certain users, however, the authentication process might return an error if you choose to authenticate via Memorable data)
