Troubleshooting failed connection attempt
I have a previously connected savings/credit card account that is no longer refreshing (accounts added before 14th March 2020)
If you have existing savings/credit card account(s) that was connected before 14th March 2020, you will need to use the 'Switch to Open Banking' / 'Migrate' option to re-establish connection to your account(s). Please do not go through the 'Add account' process as this will cause a duplicated account to be brought in.
If you are not seeing the 'Switch to Open Banking' indicated against your account(s):
* For web, navigate to the Accounts Tab and click the three dots on the account you want to migrate then select the migrate option from the pop-up.
* For mobile, select the account from the account tab and select the migrate option from the pop-up.
Please refer here if you encounter an issue during the authentication process.

I have a duplicate credit card/savings account after re-authenticating
We had previously enabled new adds for credit card accounts and encountered several issues, as such, the migrate/switch to open banking option was delayed until the issues were resolved. The migrate to open banking option for previously unsupported accounts have since been released.
However if you have attempted to re-authenticate your existing current account, this is also going through the add process for your credit card and savings accounts which will bring it the connection as a new account.
Please delete the new open banking connected credit card/savings account and go through the 'Migrate' option against your existing unsupported credit card/savings account instead.
* For web, navigate to the Accounts Tab and click the three dots on the account you want to migrate then select the migrate option from the pop-up.
* For mobile, select the account from the account tab and select the migrate option from the pop-up.

Troubleshooting failed connection attempt
1. If you are going through the app-to-app authentication process, please try manually entering your online banking digital secure key code instead of using TouchID for the verification process.

Why is Money Dashboard discontinuing credential sharing?
Money Dashboard has always been at the forefront of the industry to push for the Open Banking initiative - working closely together with other industry players and the government to ensure that at the end of the day, our users gain ownership and control of their account information from the banks.
As we continue to work closely with industry leaders and the government to push for better quality and stable Open Bank API, a crucial step is to add pressure on banks to provide the Open Bank API across all types of accounts. For this reason, we have decided to discontinue support for new account add that is not supported by the Open Bank API.
We understand that this affects our users who have previously not connected their savings accounts and our doing our best to push for Open Bank API connections across all account types with bank providers. During this transitional period, we seek your patience and understanding. In the meantime, you can add your unsupported accounts manually using 'Offline Sources'.
The previously set deadline of 14th September 2019 is clearly behind and the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has introduced a six-month adjustment period until 14th March 2020 for banks to meet the requirements of improving API availability and stability.
