There is only a single reason for getting a D312 error; refreshing too soon. This is most commonly seen just after you’ve added an account or are in the process of adding a new one. Sounds like you? The reason this error occurs is due to something called the concurrent sessions error.
Have a cup of tea and prepare yourself for becoming a money master.
What to do?
- Wait at least 20 minutes before you attempt to refresh again (NOTE: if you have tried multiple times e.g. 8 or more a longer block of 24 hrs will be put in place)
