What does the D413 mean?
The D413 error is due to not entering the Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) part of the login quick enough. Aside from your online banking log in details such as Username and Password your bank's login process may also require you to enter a randomly selected additional security question or a one time pass code (depending on the bank this may be generated by a card reader, mobile app, or sent to your mobile by SMS). When prompted for this information you’ve got 90 seconds to enter it so make sure you're prepared with everything you need before hand.
Top Tip
Make sure you have all your login and MFA details you need ready.
What to do?
- Enter your the additional security information within the 90 second window
- If you are and still getting this error get in touch with our support team and we will do our best to help.
