24th October 2019: Changes to Bank of Scotland's authentication process
When logging in directly at your Bank of Scotland's (BoS) website, you may be prompted to confirm/update your mobile/landline numbers before it allows you to proceed to the accounts page.
If you get an error when connecting on Money Dashboard please ensure you can login directly at the BoS site, then attend to any prompt regarding mobile/landline numbers before trying to connect again on Money Dashboard.
Adding new Bank of Scotland accounts
As of 1st September 2019 it is only possible to add new Bank of Scotland accounts to Money Dashboard using the new Open Banking APIs. If you added your Bank of Scotland accounts to the Dashboard before this date using the older credentials sharing option you will still be able to refresh the existing accounts with this method, but it is no longer possible to add new accounts this way.
