When we gave the Money Dashboard Classic web application there's been several reports of trouble logging in.
The workaround would be to clear your browser's Cache.
Each browser does this differently and here's the recommended steps:
- Go to your web browser
- Search how to clear your cache and follow the relevant instructions
- Come back to Money Dashboard Classic and attempt to login again.
- If you continue to have issues then I would try another browser (Just to make sure)
- If this doesn't work then contact us through our support page so we can investigate further. Please include the following information
- The type of device (Desktop, IOS, Android)
- Browser you are using
