1. Error connecting to my Monzo account
The authentication error being returned may occur if there is a mismatch with the email address or if you have ever changed your email address on Monzo. Please try again and ensure you are entering the correct email address for your Monzo account .
Another less likely reason the authentication error code can come up is if you have ever changed your email address on Monzo. In this case, you would need to speak to Monzo to ensure your email address is updated.

2. Why are some of my Monzo transactions reflecting a random description?
The description of certain transactions from your Monzo account might be reflected as reference numbers (e.g. DDs). Unfortunately this is due to Merchant Data being withheld by Monzo and they have not been made available for us to read. We are hoping this will change in the near future but there is no guarantee.
3. Why are some of my Monzo transactions not reflecting the correct amount?
We understand that some transactions are not updating from the pending amount to the final amount after the payment has been taken.
Currently, our system pulls through the amount when the transaction first happens, it doesn’t identify subsequent changes to the amount. We are aware of the issue and are looking into ways to resolve this. We are also looking into allowing a manual update of transaction amounts for such instances.
