1. Why isn’t my The Co-operative Bank account refreshing?
There has been a change in authentication requirements from your bank provider, your connected Co-operative Bank accounts will need to be manually refreshed and you will be prompted to input your Co-operative Bank account banking credentials. We appreciate that this step is time-consuming and apologise for the inconvenience caused. The way to mitigate this is to establish an Open Banking API connection between your Co-operative Bank account and Money Dashboard.
