When you connect your account via Open Banking you are giving your bank authorisation to share data with Money Dashboard for 90 days.
Your account will automatically refresh. This means you'll get up to the minute information about your spending in Money Dashboard Classic for a whole three months without having to enter any pesky passwords or manually refresh!
However, every 90 days you need to confirm to your bank that you still want them to share data with us. This is to keep you protected and ensure your bank is only sharing information you want them to.
You will see the prompt that your connection has expired. Select the 'Reauthenticate account' button and follow the bank's login instructions.
