You sign up to a new card. To verify your identity they ask you to send £1 to get everything going. Once you do this they will refund you.
Currently, because of the way our system works it pulls through the transaction and will not be able to identify if there is an updated amount after the transaction is in our system. We are looking into ways to resolve this, but there is no current timescale for this. There currently isn't a way to update transaction amounts in the system, this is also something that is on our radar.
