Error returned when trying to connect my Post Office Credit Card
Why is this error happening?
The error being returned on your Post Office credit card indicates an intermediary page requiring the your attention is appearing at the bank's site and preventing connection. This intermediary page is usually something along the lines of a request to update profile/contact information, a note about paperless statements/billing, acceptance of updated terms & conditions, notification of scheduled maintenance/site changes, etc.
What can I do to fix it?
Please try logging in directly at the bank's full website (not their mobile app if you have it as not all messages may be displayed here), and attend to any prompts or messages you may see before trying to connect again on Money Dashboard.
Please also note that we've had some other recent reports from users of this error on Post Office accounts. In those instances the Post Office site was prompting the users to confirm their email address, and to dismiss the prompt they needed to re-enter/confirm the address (even if it hasn't changed) otherwise the prompt will keep returning at each login and cause the error when trying to connect on Money Dashboard. While we can't be sure this is the cause of the error in this instance it would certainly be the first thing to check.
