A fix has been put in place by our service provider and you should now be able to connect/refresh your M&S Bank account. Please attempt to do so and if an error is returned, submit a request here and we will do our best to help.

We are aware of an intermittent issue with connecting/refreshing M&S Bank accounts and are working with our service provider Yodlee to resolve the issue. We apologies for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience. Further updates will be posted as they become available.

Marks and Spencer are in the midst of introducing their online banking customers across to a secure key only login - M&S Pass.

For now we're afraid you will only be able to connect/refresh your M&S Bank accounts to Money Dashboard on the non-Open Banking login flow using the M&S Pass login.
Unfortunately, this also means that it will no longer be possible for existing accounts to automatically refresh, and you will need to generate a new Secure Key code every time you need to refresh the accounts.
We appreciate that this change will become time-consuming and inconvenient and as Open Bank API becomes available in the near future, will help to mitigate this.
3rd December 2019:
We are aware of a current M&S service outage. The bank has updated that the service will be unavailable until further notice and any progress will be regularly updated.
Unfortunately this means that any connected M&S Bank accounts will return an error when refreshing and it is not possible to connect any new M&S account. We apologise for the inconvenience.
