2nd June 2020:
We have identified the issue that is causing the failed connection to Yorkshire Bank. This is due to a mismatch on our eIDAS certificate and previously Clydesdale bank was able to put a workaround for this but the workaround did not work as well for Yorkshire Bank.
Our team is currently looking at resolving this and apologises for the inconvenience caused.
There's no definite timescale at the moment as this is dependent on multiple parties for turnarounds.
