If your connected Starling accounts are no longer refreshing automatically, this is due to Starling Bank's implementation of a re-consent process every 90 days in line with the PSD2 law.
To continue Money Dashboard's access your Starling Bank accounts, you will need to make sure that you have enabled access from your Starling account.
Starling Bank has indicated that this can be done through the 'Connected Services' screen via the Marketplace section within your Starling app.
