Currently, not all account types are available for connection through Open Banking.
As an example, you may not be able to connect certain savings accounts or ISA's as they don't currently come under the PSD 2 legislation for Open Banking. Your bank should show you which accounts can connect via Open Banking when connecting to your account. A good rule of thumb as to whether your bank will provide an Open Banking connection is to test if you can currently make payments directly from your savings account to an account with another bank.
It is likely that the accounts you were expecting to see for your bank provider fall into this category as the bank has not yet made them eligible for Open Banking. Money Dashboard don't currently have a timescale for when the bank might make Open Banking connections available for savings accounts that haven't been transitioned yet, but we'll let you know if they make them available. More information about which type of accounts are available via open banking connection can be found here.
In the meantime you can use the Offline Sources feature to manually enter and update balances for unsupported accounts, though at present it is not possible to manually enter transaction data. We're considering introducing this facility in a future update, but there are no definite timescale at the moment.
We are sorry for the inconvenience during this period of transition.
