We are aware that there's no transactions pulled through for your Monzo Saving Pots and only the total balance is reflected.
Why is this happening?
As Monzo treats saving pots as a form of holding account, the incoming amounts to a saving pots are dealt separately as compared to a usual transaction. As such, the transaction information are not provided to Money Dashboard when we pull in your data from Monzo.
What does this mean for my connected Monzo accounts and balances on Money Dashboard?
You will only be able to see the associated 'Outgoing' transaction from your Monzo current account but will not see the corresponding 'Incoming' transaction associated with this transfer. This will have an impact on your Balance History graph being plotted incorrectly when you include saving pots in the view. This is due to transactions being used as the plotting points in the graph.
