The quick answer
Due to the implementation of the open banking initiative that is in line with PSD2 laws, providers that do not have an open banking API will no longer be supported. We apologise for the inconvenience and to mitigate this we hope to enable support for Open Banking connections for Virgin as soon as possible, but this will be dependent on whether or not the bank has an API available yet and the outcome of testing.
In the meantime you can use the Offline Sources to reflect the overall account's balance.
