1. If you are using the Chrome browser, please attempt with another browser (e.g. Firefox/Safari)
2. If the connection is still not going through, please clear all your cookies and cache settings before trying again

1. Ensure that your mobile applications are updated to the the latest versions - iOS v9.6.7 / Android 9.5.5 and above.
None of the above works
If none of the above works, please try the following:
- Close Money Dashboard Classic app
- Log on to your Amex online banking site
- Select 'Account management' followed by 'Partners'
- Disconnect all connections related to One Place Capital Ltd
- Re-log on to Money Dashboard Classic and re-try the add process
