Why is this happening?
We are aware of an issue that is causing the re-authentication prompt to be shown even after a successful connection status. From initial investigation we note that the token is successfully updated but the dates on the back-end system fails to update to the latest connection date made.
As such, you will continue to see the count down and re-authentication prompt for your Starling account despite a successful 90 days connection made.
What is being done about it?
The team is working on a fix for this and apologises for the inconvenience caused.
In the meantime, after a successful connection, your Starling account should update for the next 90 days still despite the re-authentication prompt and counter.
