We are currently aware of an issue whereby Santander's API is returning transaction description wrongly. Instead of actual descriptions, we are seeing the descriptions of "PURCHASE IN BRANCHES - PCAS" and " BILL PAYMENT -FOREIGN" being returned.
This is now under escalation with Santander for a fix and the following page will be updated once there's a fix.
In the meantime, it is unlikely that we pull through the original description again for the transactions with the wrong descriptions. Going forward it would be best to update these manually in-app via the full web application. More information about how to change a transaction's description can be found here:
