We have received several reports of no transactions being returned against Barclaycard accounts and this is now under escalation with Barclaycard. There are no obvious error in the logs during the calls for transactions and we are seeing no transactions being returned after each call to Barclaycard.

The issue was identified whereby transactions were returned as 'Pending' instead of 'Cleared/booked'. Barclaycard resolved the issue mid December. The team is looking at how best to retrieve impacted transactions in bulk.

Due to the complexity of retrieving the impacted transactions in bulk, please contact support from this link stating 'Barclaycard no transactions - beginning of December' for us to help run a manual date fetch back against your account instead.
